About Me
I am a newly OFSTED registered childminder here in Crewe.

My ethos is to provide high-quality experiences within a home-from-home environment for children to allow each child to fulfil their potential.

From leaving school I knew I always wanted to have a career working with children. I have worked in private daycare, worked with babies and toddlers and After school clubs. I have worked hard to develop my child development knowledge and provided care for families over the years.

I furthered my career as a nursery manager within a local school, which gave me an opportunity to complete my foundation degree in early childhood studies. From there I have progressed onto completing my Early Years Teacher status whilst continuing the care of a local preschool with 2-4 year-old children and managing an Out of School Club. This has provided me with a wealth of experience working with babies, toddlers, pre school and school aged children. I want to provide activities following a book-based curriculum and ensuring the EYFS is implemented. I will be using my local community to allow learning to develop and whilst celebrating each child and their achievements!

My Home from Home Environment
Kitchen space: An open-plan style kitchen with a seating area for meal times and lots of invitations to play and explore.
Oppourtunities to play and explore a wide range of toys and objects
Learning through a love of books and providing a print rich environment with the comforts of home.
From birth, I will ensure learning is fun, playful, and provide experiences within the community.
